New employees may be eligible to receive medical and/or dental coverage in accordance with the applicable respective employee contracts and/or fringe benefit policies.

All employees with a salaried appointment and with a Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) equal to .5 or higher, temporary employees with appointments longer than three months, and part-time Teamster members designated as "Hourly Contractual" are eligible for medical and/or dental benefits.
