Directions for My Learning Plan Registration

1. Go to My Learning Plan at https://www.mylearningplan.com/webreg/catalog.asp?H=1&D=12439%20.
2. You will see a searchable database screen from My Learning Plan with all the courses currently available for enrollment at SW BOCES and LHRIC.
3. You can either type in the title of the course in the search box and click the View Now button or you can scroll down the page until you find the course for which you want to register. Courses are in chronological order. Please note that there are separate registrations for each date of workshops that are offered on more than one date. Click on the link to the workshop you want and you’ll see the online description. To sign up, click on “Click to Enroll.”
4. Click on the link that applies to you:
   •  “I’m a registered user” Select if you have already created an account.
   •  “I’m a new user” Select this option if you do not have an account.
   •  “MyLearningPlan.com users” Select this option if your district uses MyLearningPlan.com
5. Fill in the information required in the registration. By completing the form, you are establishing an account with a password of your choice. Retain this password for future reference. This account will allow you to check the status of your registration and maintain your own records, such as proof of attendance at the workshop.
6. Complete the registration process. If your district does not use MyLearningPlan.com, you will be reminded that you are required to print out the ENROLLMENT FORM and send it to the administrator in your district who approves professional development workshops. This is usually your Superintendent, your Business Official, or your Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction. The form then must be mailed or faxed to SW BOCES to complete the registration. The address and fax number are on the form. This requirement ensures that your district approves your request and authorizes BOCES to bill for the program.

Email Notification

1. Once you have registered you will receive an email stating that your registration is pending.
2. An email confirming your approved registration will be sent as follows:

• If your district uses MyLearningPlan.com, that confirmation will come after your internal approval process is completed electronically.
• If your district does not use MyLearningPlan, you will receive email confirmation after we receive the signed enrollment form described in item 6 above.
